Gerald Tristan D. Villaroman
Atty. Jet is the chief trial lawyer of PV&D. His extensive legal practice includes winning numerous sensational cases including the Supreme Court. He is an expert in civil and criminal litigation and is a lecturer in various government agencies such as the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Immigration (BI) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA). He is also an academician being a lecturer at the University of Sto. Tomas (UST) and University of the East (UE) and a professor at the College of Malabon University (CMU).

Cesar G. Dela Fuente III
Before joining the Firm, Atty. Mong offers a wide array of experience from his previous employment both in the public and private sectors. He served the Department of Energy (DOE) from September 2016 as Director under the Office of the Secretary, then as Director of the Energy Utilization Management Bureau (EUMB) and of the Energy Resource Development Bureau (ERDB). He was also the Head of the Prosecution Unit of the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). In his early years in the legal profession, he served as the Managing Partner of Bernardo, Dela Fuente, Firme, & Sindo Law offices.
Atty. Mong believes that utilizing his innovative mind and strong skills, coupled with absolute passion and dedication will bring immense satisfaction to the client.
Atty. Mong is one of the few Actuarial Lawyers in the country with the technical, financial, and statistical literacy, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Major in Actuarial Science Degree from the University of Sto. Tomas.

Leonido J. Pulido III
Atty. Bodie brings over two decades of diverse experience, from starting his legal career in litigation at PECABAR to holding key positions in the energy sector and government. He is currently serving as Assistant Secretary at the Department of Budget and Management, where he leads significant reforms since July 2024. Previously, as Assistant Secretary at the Department of Energy, he spearheaded key initiatives such as the E-Trike Project and co-authored the Natural Gas Bill. As President of the Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC), he ensured the market's competitiveness and efficiency. His leadership extends to the private sector, where he serves as an Independent Board Director at Topline Energy, overseeing major LNG infrastructure projects in partnership with Excelerate Energy. His advocacy for renewable energy is further reflected in his co-founding of Electric Vehicle Expansion Enterprises and his role as Executive Director of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines.

Atty. Chester is an experienced Court litigator. He has more than ten (10) years of professional experience in the trial Courts before joining PV&D as its newest Junior Partner. Atty. Diego has since expanded his portfolio by taking up accreditation courses in arbitration under the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution, Pre-Judicature Program offered by the Philippine Judicial Academy, and Career Executive Service Eligibility with the Career Executive Service Board. His specialty areas are civil, criminal, and commercial cases litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

During his tenure at the Land Bank of the Philippines, Atty. Justin handled a diverse array of complex legal issues, including legal matters related to banking operations, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance as well as legal guidance on real estate and property law.

Atty. Ray Alvin Tunac

Atty. Alvin is one of the few lawyers in the country who practices Energy Law. His extensive background on Energy Law, especially on the field of Electric Power Industry, Renewable Energy, Oil Industry and Energy Exploration is a great asset for the firm in its vision to provide quality service to Clients in the Energy Industry. Aside from Energy Practice, his wide range of experience on litigation has been often described as "out-of-the-box" due to his creative and critical thinking. Lastly, Atty. Alvin consistently served as legal consultant of various local and national political parties during election period.
As a senior associate of the law firm, his primary duty is to legally represent clients with their cases in and out of court. He is tasked to prepare legal advice, legal opinions and any related legal matters needed by the Firm’s clients. He also reviews contracts and assists clients in any legal transactions concerning their business.

Atty. Anna Leah Pallon

Atty. Anna has years of proven experience as a title transfer, estate settlement, and property acquisition specialist. Presently, she serves as a litigation lawyer, adeptly managing a diverse array of civil, criminal, and corporate cases, but with special focus on various family law matters and special cases such as guardianship, judicial settlement of estates, marriage and adoption, contract and property disputes. She also has a vast experience handling special cases, including expropriation and reverse condonation proceedings for notable clients such as the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) and Manila Water Company, Inc. (MWCI) with precision and diligence.

Atty. Nichole graduated from the University of San Carlos College of Law in Cebu City and was admitted to the bar on May 2023. She started practicing as a lawyer with PV&D Law Group handling corporate compliance, intellectual property law and compliance, and litigation practice.
Atty. Nichole’s stay with the firm is applauded for her expertise in the field of Corporate Law serving various legal needs of our clients especially on mergers and acquisitions.
